Privacy Notice

Brimful Thought Practice, run by Maribel Saenthavisouk (a practice of CircleRootTech LLC), respects your privacy. This notice explains what I collect and why.

What I collect

The name and email you enter on the website form. Your phone number, only if you give it. Whatever you write in the message box. Your answers on any intake form. Brief notes I take about our sessions. Scheduling details handled by Cal.com. Payment details handled by Stripe, which processes your card. I never see or store your full card number.

How I use it

To reply to you, schedule and hold our sessions, and keep a short record of our work. I don’t ask for health details on the website, and I ask you not to share them there.

Who sees it

Me, and the services I use to run Brimful: Formspree (website contact form), Google (email, calendar, and Google Meet video), Cal.com (scheduling), and Stripe (payments). I do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep it for two years. After that, I delete it, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I have about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it by writing to hello@brimfulpractice.com.

Security

I use passcode-protected devices and two-step sign-in and store files in one secure, access-protected database (Google Firestore). No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending private details by email or text.

Text messages

If you check the box on the contact form, I may text you about scheduling and follow-ups at the number you entered. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing is not required to book, and you can choose email instead. Please don’t discuss private details by text.

Changes

If this notice changes, I will update the date above.
