In plain words: By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Brimful is a thought partnership. It is not therapy, not coaching, and not advice. Please read this and ask me anything.

1. Who we are

This website and the services on it are run by Maribel Saenthavisouk, doing business as Brimful Thought Practice, a practice of CircleRootTech LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Brimful,” “I,” or “me”).

2. What Brimful is and is not

Brimful is a thought partnership. I listen, ask questions, notice strengths, and help you find words. Brimful is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or coaching. I hold no clinical license or coaching credential. I do not give legal, financial, tax, HR, or medical advice. Nothing on this website is a substitute for that kind of help.

3. Not for emergencies

Brimful is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. I may not see messages right away.

4. Booking and payment

You book sessions through my online calendar. The 15-minute hello is free. The first conversation and journey mapping sessions are paid by card in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you book. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are in the Client Agreement and in your confirmation email. By booking, you also agree to the Client Agreement, which I will ask you to sign before or at your first paid session.

5. Who can use Brimful

You must be at least 18 years old.

6. Using this website

Please use it for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam. I may change or remove parts of the website at any time.

7. Materials and your Journey Map

The words, designs, logo, and materials on this website and in sessions belong to me or to CircleRootTech LLC. The Journey Map and notes you create with me are yours to use for your own purposes. Please do not resell, publish, or share my materials as your own without my written permission.

8. Testimonials

I will never use your name, words, or story publicly without your separate written permission.

9. No guarantees

I cannot promise any result, such as a promotion, a raise, a new job, or a particular change in how you feel or what others think. Information on this website is general and may not fit your situation.

10. Limits on responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Brimful is not responsible for losses, costs, or damages arising from your use of this website or from decisions you make because of it, and Brimful’s total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the claim. This does not limit responsibility for gross negligence, intentional wrongdoing, or anything the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Other services and links

This website may link to or use services I do not control, such as scheduling, video, and payment tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to them. I am not responsible for their content or outages.

12. Privacy

How I handle your information is described in the Privacy Notice. Please do not send sensitive personal details, passwords, or payment card numbers through the contact form or by text.

13. Changes

I may update these terms. The version on this website on the day you book is the one that applies to that booking.

14. Governing law and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If we have a disagreement, we will first try to work it out by talking. If that does not work, we will try mediation in Salt Lake County, Utah, before either of us starts a court case.

15. If part cannot be enforced

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
